Manufacturing and Sample making

We work with every kind of material and are able to offer a complete production cycle, including the sourcing of materials (from selected tanneries), cutting (with knife cutting technology or by hand) and the final making up. We are skilled in every kind of working method and have special expertise in fine exotic materials such as crocodile, ostrich, python and lizard.

We have an experienced and extraordinary craftsmen team . They do manual starting from the designing of the style and then providing paper models, the first prototype and, when requested, product repetitions. You could use our designs or OEM and your own designs are welcome.

Can I make some changes of the style? I have my own design, can you make it for me?
- Yes, MAOTAI can make any changes according to your requirement, and offer our proposal if needed.
- MAOTAI of course accept your own designs, OEM orders can be operated well. Please just send us the artworks with detailed specifications, or send your original samples to us for copy.

 

Can I have my LOGO on the products?
- Yes, your LOGO could be, such as hot stamped, embossed, lasered, transferred, embroidered on products. 

 

Can I make a small trial order?
- Depend on specified articles and designs, MAOTAI accepts trial order for beginning cooperation with samll quantity.

 

How do you control the production quality?
- MAOTAI will make pre-production samples for your final approval before production.
- MAOTAI will have professional QC to inspect the products, including the Sales Manager. MAOTAI applied “In-coming QC + In-process QC + Final QC”.
- Your own QC or third parties’ QC are also warmly welcomed.
